The first engagement
A proposed 30-day engagement for one program and an agreed set of systems.
Includes a written action plan, agreed improvements, and a handoff. Broader migrations, licensing, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Review registration data and coach access as teams prepare for a new season, even if registration has already begun.
